Yesterday I mentioned Common Sense

Yesterday I mentioned Common Sense
You know it when you hear it
“It’s common sense not to do that”
Another you hear is
“You should of known better”

Are they the same I don’t think so.
Common sense is the knowledge you gain day to day as you wander through life.
It comes from keeping your eyes open.
You should know better is often more selective knowledge you gain through deliberate learning.
It comes from staying awake while on the course.
My own view, please feel free to comment.

Now this blog is about playing safe and having fun.

What can you do?
In my opinion almost anything provided it does NOT hurt children! And you know what I mean, or frighten the horses, i.e. being a PIB, so now we have set the ground rules.

I believe you should rarely ever say;
“I wonder if I/we should have done ????”

Even rarer “I wish I hadn’t “

But, rather
“Ok we won’t do that or this again this or that way.”

Some of you may have noticed you now have to verify your comment.
This is because I don’t want the “Dark Side” encroaching onto this Blog.
I do not want to have my dangly or lumpy bits modified.
I am diabetic so I automatically have free prescriptions from my doc.
The only way to be really rich takes hard work, its not all money either.
There is no such thing as a free lunch. Even meals as a child, or with a loved one, should be paid from time to time with a hug, a smile, a kiss or even just plain thank you.

Also all comments are checked by me, so that I may edit if I feel the need.
If I edit a post and you are not happy, please repost and I will reconsider any reasons you have, and apologise.

This I hope will prevent an Oh **** I shouldn’t have sent that.
To me these measures are modern day common sense.

Now I have a confession I am dyslexic and in my case this also means my brain runs faster than my body, English is my native language. So I hope you can understand me if not ask and I will try to clarify.
If I offend it is rarely meant. More on this in a future post.

Note **** is an acceptable expletive, ???? is an acceptable, nudge nudge wink wink.

“There is no point in being miserable,
It never ever makes the day any better,”

Those that know me are gagging for me to get into full swing.

Patience boys and girls more is to happen.
